Oversee operation of branch location to ensure accurate, high-quality service to meet needs of membership. Branch lead for operations, MSR support, member services, + daily operational efficiency. Provide leadership, guidance to MSRs by assigning tasks, tech support + ensure all activities are performed. Utilize knowledge of branch procedures + policies to deliver exemplary service, foster sales + service aligned w/ credit unionโs business goals, + motive staff through participation in branch incentive programs. Responsible for ensuring branch is adequately staffed. Approve staffing schedules. Develop + implement training plans + provide feedback. Maintain working knowledge of Credit Unionโs written policies + procedures that apply to areas of positionโs responsibility such as Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation D, Regulation E, Bank Security and relevant Federal + State regs. Provide financial products + services to new + existing members + monitor new + closed activity for respective branches. Gather + verify data + info for reports to respond to problems or inquiries + help resolve acct problems.ย Handle transactions + member requests. Complete reqโd branch duties, reports, specific assignments + other responsibilities. Monitor + direct lobby traffic, asst w/ calls + ensure positive member exp. Communicate issues needing attention to Sr. Management + prov potential ideas for effective resolution + follow through to successful completion. Work w/ members of management regarding employee development, resolving staff + member issues. Maintain visibility within branch operations environment + reinforce corp vision + direction. May undergo background checks incl credit check. Must have HS Diploma and 2 years relevant financial institution and member service experience; and required skills (2 years exp) in: financial core computer; and functioning in a supervisory role.
