The countdown to Christmas is on, and what better way to get in the spirit than entering our annual Dakota West Member Giveaway. Each branch is selecting its own special gift for our members to help brighten your holidays.

Are you feeling the stress of the holiday season? Our New England branch will be holding a drawing for a neck heater/massager. Whether you want to relax yourself, or share the warmth with someone on your gift list, you can register to win this plus a rain gauge for your home.

In addition to our annual giveaway, our Bowman branch is excited to participate in several of the community events including this Wednesday’s Festival of the Lights and Deck The Streets, plus Sunday’s Community Chorus Christmas Concert. This event has been part of our community for more than fifty years.

Congratulations To Our Members

Thanks to all of our members who stopped into our branches during December and registered to win our annual Member Giveaway. Each branch drew a winner, giving gifts throughout our communities.

In Bowman, Mary Beth Schumacher took home a wireless weather station. In Washburn, Jamie Haugtvedt will be plugging in a new mini-projector to watch movies on a big screen – her living room wall.

Mostly, we are thankful for each and every member who we served this year, whether you stopped into a branch, called us on the phone, sent us an email, or just allowed us the ability to provide you with the financial services you need. Thank you to each of you, and Merry Christmas to all of you, with joyful wishes for a wonderful New Year!

It’s Time For Our Annual Christmas Giveaway

Every year Dakota West wants to find unique ways to say, “Thank you,” to our members for being a part of our organization, and each year we hope to find a giveaway item that our members will enjoy, but may not buy for themselves.

This Christmas season, stop into your local branch and register to win our member giveaway – a gift selected by each branch to best fit the needs of our unique membership. Our registration period is already underway, and it gives us a chance to visit with each member who stops by to say, “Hello, and Merry Christmas!”

We ask that our members register just once, and perhaps you’ll also find seasonal treats, depending on what’s happening at each branch. If you’re in the mood to do a little giving as well as a little receiving, many of our branches are displaying Giving Trees, where you can help a member of your own community. We’ve even been told that Santa Claus checked in at one of our branches this week, so you never know how much Christmas spirit may be waiting for you.

Each branch will draw a winning name on Friday, December 20 at the close of the business day. Whether you want to keep the prize for yourself, or wrap it and place it under the tree for your whole family, we want to give back to the people who have made this year special for us: you!
